When a past client asked me to design a site for the sale of his house, I realised the potential of this type of market. This is a unique custom site designed from the ground up, rather than going through a listing service. The main point of this site was not to draw internet clients, but rather, an accessable and interactive one-sheet for this property. I can see the scalability of this type of operation to revolutionize the way real estate is dealt with on the web. I would like to see a more blog-like application in the future and possibly develop centralized resources to network many of these sites together.
